Android display light problem
Today we will talk about the display light problem of Android phones First I will tell you what is the display light problem of android phone and then I will tell you how to solve this problem.
To solve the display light problem, first you have to install a new display and check. If this problem is not solved after installing the new display, then I have discussed it below.
Android display light solution
If there is a display light problem in the mobile phone, it is necessary to check with a multimeter whether the power supply is going to the place where there is a display light section on the motherboard of the mobile phone.
If the input power supply does not reach the display light section properly, it needs to be fixed. And check the EN signal means control point
Follow the steps below to solve the display light problem of Android phone
- If the input supply in the display light section is correct then the boost coil needs to be changed from the display light section and then checked.
- If this problem is not solved even after changing the boost coil, then the rectifier has to be replaced
- Try changing the feedback register in the third step
- And lastly you try to change the display light driver IC
If this problem is not solved even after applying all the above steps, then I have created a universal method that you can solve the display light problem of any Android phone by looking at it.
I have discussed below what components you will need to create this light section and what their value will be.
To make this light section you will need a total of 6 components a light driver IC a boost coil a rectifier diode a register and two filter capacitors , display light section will be created with these 6 components
- DISPLAY LIGHT DRIVER ICs (MP3202/IL6KC/IL60A/IL67N/IL6EN ) These ICs can be used in this display light section
- LIGHT BOOST COIL 10uH
- Rectifier diode MBR0520
- Resistor 3Ω to 5Ω ohm
- ONE INPUT SUPPLY FILTER CAPACITOR 4.7uF 5V ONE OUTPUT SUPPLY FILTER CAPACITOR 2.2uF 50v
